At Ribblesdale Nursery School we have developed an approach to teaching and learning that meets the needs of our children and our community. The Early Years Foundation Stage provides the basis of our curriculum and planning. We recognise that children have immense potential and that the quality of their early years’ experience will impact the rest of their life.

EYFS

The Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) sets the standards for the learning, development and care for children from birth to five years old.

The framework is mandatory for all early years providers in England from 1 September 2021
